Welcome to
The BlueWave Connection
It's been quite a while since our
last newsletter. In the interest of keeping off your spam list we
intentionally minimize unsolicited communications. However, at least once
every year we like to catch up and tell you about important updates here
at BlueWave. Since it has been so long, there's lots to catch up on
so please take your time and explore all the items that interest
you. The big news in this issue is our launch of many
exciting new service offerings and our upcoming event being hosted at the
home of one of our newest clients: The Georgia Aquarium. I'm looking
forward to seeing you there.
I'd also like to thank all of
you for choosing BlueWave as your IT support provider and acknowledge the
many clients who have referred new opportunities to us. There is really
no better compliment that you could pay us. So feel free to
forward this newsletter to any business contacts who you feel could
benefit from our services. Thanks again.

Case Study:
Indigo Payments, Atlanta,
GA
www.indigopayments.com
Company Profile
Indigo Payments provides electronic processing services of credit cards, debit
cards, checks and gift cards to companies nationwide.
The Challenge
Indigo Payments CEO Erik Hendricks needed to find a company that could help
his start-up business with their IT and business infrastructure.
The BlueWave
Solution
BlueWave created an IT framework from the ground up, including design and
installation of a computer and server system, backup and storage system,
VoIP and custom web design. "We basically had a floor plan and nothing
else," recalled Hendricks.
BlueWave Computing also installed a document management application that
allows Indigo Payments to electronically file documents, allowing the
company to "go green" and also make file access and retention
easier and more organized. Today, BlueWave provides ongoing support to Indigo.
"We didn't have the talent on board to develop the systems we needed
in place to start doing business," Hendricks said. "BlueWave
helped us get up and running quickly. More than anything, they give me the
piece of mind that they could handle my IT concerns, so I could focus on my
core business."
